Create A Vision
Of all of our inventions for mass communication, pictures still speak the most universally understood language.
(Walt Disney)
Did anyone notice I love Walt Disney? His quotes inspire me more than any others and he gave the world a magical playground. How great is that?
Using visual images of what you want to manifest into your life if very powerful. The brain loves pictures. Look at your pictures and imagine how you would feel if you already had what was in the picture. What would you see and hear? What would it taste like? What would it smell of? Use your senses whenever possible and always as if you already have what you want.
Vision Boards
A vision board is a poster, picture, cork board, collage that is a visual representation of what you want to manifest into your life.
I like to collage. I like everything to be jumbled in together, but you can use a different way that works for you.
My collage has a picture of me in the middle, and close to that I have pictures of my husband, kids, dog and fish. I also add pictures of my extended family too if I intend to see them that month (I like to refresh my collage every month). Then I add pictures of things I already love in my life, such as flowers, the sea, (obviously my family come into this aswell), nature, the beach, money, my car, etc,
Next I add the things I want to attract into my life, a new house, a trip away with my husband, a bank balance with xxxeuros in it, fun with my family (this one always goes on).
You can add anything you want, big or small. Remember that not everything that makes us happy in life is big. An unexpected kiss from my husband or a hug from my kids makes me very happy. Add as much or as little as you want. Me I add loads, but I have friends who just add two or three pictures. Do whatever works for you.
Vision Book
I have an A4 folder with clear plastic sleeves (lots of them). In each sleeve I add a picture facing out on both sides. Again I add picures of things that make me happy - My family, pets, animals, flowers, etc.
Then I add pictures of things I want to manifest. I add to this all the time. When I wanted to manifest my new car. I cut out a photograph of the car I wanted and a picture of me and sat myself in the car. I had a great big smile on my face in the picture and when I got the car I had a great big smile on my face.
P.S. By the way at the time I didn't have the money available to buy the car for myself. I took my car to the garage to have a new rear seatbelt fitted. My husband said he would meet me at the garage to bring me home. When I got there the car that I liked was in the showroom, and it had been changed from the white model to the orangey red colour that I liked. My husband was nowhere to be seen. I knew he was there because I'd seen his van outside. After a few seconds he appeared from the sales persons office with brochures etc, in hand. He'd got the price for the car and had worked out a great deal with the sales person.
He asked me if I wanted the car, I said yes please and he bought me it.
Now, my husband isn't in the habit of going out buying cars on a whim but I had asked the universe to deliver it to me and I got it. That's excactly what happens when you have the law of attraction working for you.
My 8 year old son also likes to have a Vision book. He likes to cut, stick and paste his pictures into a notebook. He has a normal excercise book and fills it with whatever he wants. He keeps it under his pillow or sometimes on the coffee table when he wants me to take a look. He loves to look through it and because he's stuck them in and can't remove them, he can see what he's already attracted. He sits there looking through it saying, "got that, getting that, got that, getting that," he has no room for doubt, he is getting it. And he is so excited at the though of it being on it's way.
I also like to add pictures to my daily journal. I paste a picture of the thing I want to manifest and then write about it underneath as if I already have it.
These are just a few ideas to get you started creating your visual tools.
I want to take a minute to offer a word of warning here. Visuals are very powerful tools and you should be very clear about what you really want before you make your vision board or vision book.
Have fun.
